Terms and Conditions: Committed to Delivering Exceptional Care for Your Furry Friends While Ensuring Transparency for You

Basic Requirements
Dogs must be equipped with collars, harnesses, and leads. Identity tags with accurate contact information must remain on the dog at all times. I cannot be held responsible for any tags lost during a walk. Please provide a towel for drying your dog upon their return home.

Booking and Cancellation Policy
Dog walks/Pet visits
Services can be canceled with no charge if at least 48 hours' notice is provided. Full charges apply if less than 48 hours' notice is given.
Pet sitting (overnight stays)
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required when booking.
Cancellations require at least 4 weeks' notice to avoid additional charges:
More than 4 weeks – No extra charge
Less than 4 weeks – 50% of service fee
Less than 1 week – Full service fee

Holiday
The holiday year is 1st April to 31st March. I (Stacey) will take up to 4 weeks annually plus bank holidays (28 days total) and will give at least 2 weeks' notice for planned holidays.
Regular customers (weekly set days) may take up to 4 weeks off annually plus bank holidays. Extra time off requires a 50% retainer fee. Please provide at least 2 weeks' notice if you won’t need my services during your holiday.
Notice
If you wish to reduce a booking or leave Love Of Paws, please provide 4 weeks' notice. Charges apply for less than 4 weeks.
Liability
I (Stacey) will maintain liability insurance at all times. I am not responsible for harm caused by your pet(s) in my care. You agree to be liable if your pet(s) harms another animal or person. I am not liable for property damage or loss.
Emergencies
In an emergency, I (Stacey) will notify you at the provided phone number promptly. If unreachable, I will take necessary actions, such as bringing your pet(s) to the vet.
Payment Terms
Invoices are issued monthly on the 1st for services from the previous month. Sent via email, payment via BACS is due within 7 days. Late payments incur a £5 penalty added to the next invoice.
